In Order To Have A Successful Photo Shoot, We Need To Prepare As This Will Help Us  When We Come To Shooting. To Prepare We Need To List Out Everything Needed To Do With The Shoot And Come Up With Problems And Solutions To Match Them. We Need To Make Sure EVERYTHING Is Ready To Not Waste Time & Get Everything Done In The Space Of Time We Have.

Equipment
 - Camera - Make Sure Fully Charged! Or Have 2 Batteries. Or Charger.
 - Laptop - Wi-Fi?
 - Memory Card/SD Card - Make Sure You Have Work Backed Up! If Taking On iPhones Then Make Sure Photos Are Backed Up On The iCloud. If Needed, Bring A Spare Memory Card (Just In Case).
 - Make-up - Bring Whatever Make-Up You'd Like To Use.
 - Costumes - Same As Make-Up.
 - Props - Check Weather (In Case Equipment Gets Wet), Choose The Warmest And Driest Day Possible (Unless Your Shoot Is In The Rain?).
 - Lighting - If Outside, Choose Whichever Lighting Works For You (If No Sun, Then Use Flash If Needed)
 - Batteries - Bring A Second One. Or Charger.
 - Tripod - Always Have A Spare.

 - Make-Up Wipes

 - Scheduling; Can They Get There At The Time?
 - How Many People Are You Needing?


Problems.
 - Weather Could Be A Problem, Some Locations Could Look Bad If Raining & If Its Cloudy, Then Your Lighting Could Be Ruined. Also, If Its Raining Your Equipment MAY Get Ruined! Bring Umbrella's To Cover You & Staff & Equipment.
 - Personnel Could Be Ill or Late, You May Need To Have Back Up Staff That Are On Call In Case You Need Them. Make Sure Costumes Fit The People You Are Shooting Or Everything Could Go Wrong! Finally, Make Sure Your Staff Have Access To Toilets Halfway Through The Shoot And/or Coffee Shops Where They Can Eat & Drink. Or If Needed, Bring A Packed Lunch.
 - Make Sure You Have Permission For Your Location If At A House. If You Are In Public, Permission May Not Be Needed However You Made Need To Ask.
